Hi, we filed form 1023 and are waiting to hear back from IRS. Does anyone know if there's a similar form for NY State? We filed for exemption for sales tax (ST119.2) but I'm not sure what else is needed? Also, does anyone know the equivalent form on the NYS level for Federal form 990 at year-end?
