You file the bylaws with the IRS when you file your next Form 990 (the annual information return). At least in our state, you do not file the bylaws with the state government.

Hi, I have a quick question, We are incorporated-501c3. we recently had a change in bylaws, a rewrite to be exact. Do we need to file the new bylaws with the government. When we did our annual report it only asks for new officers?
