When I did our group it was four and half months start to finish, it was the ONLY thing that I worked on!!! That includes writing bylaws as we had none!
I've just ordered the start up guide to help our PTO become tax exempt. My treasurer seems to think this will take us about 6 months. Is this correct? I know we have an EIN#, not sure about the Articles of Incorporation. Can anyone give me an estimate of about how long it takes to get through this process?
