Is your general Pto aware of you bylaws? They might not even realize you have them to follow. I would have them at every meeting and use them as a refernce if needed.
We do not have any bylaws and are just beginning the process of putting them together. I hope our group will be interested in using them. Wish us luck! thanks!

Ban together and demand that issues be decided according to By Laws. There is safety in #s. Then be in their face every time something is not done right- sooner or later they will get tired of putting up with you and either abide by the rules or resign.

We have Bylaws, the board does not follow or enforce. We recently revised the Bylaws to make them more current, but given the history, I seriously doubt these will be followed or enforced. Also, some members are given preferential treatment. What can we do?
