Are you talking about membership in PTO Today Plus?
Or membership in a local PTO?
If the first, those memberships are group memberships and would be an expense of the group, not a person.
If the second, then I believe it would depend on whether your group is a nonprofit and whether you get any tangible products in return. I'd check with your accountant on that.
