If the constitution has exceptions, then yes for those exceptions. If not, then no.

Our bylaws/charter require a notice be sent a number of days in advance, if possible. You could also have a faster meeting cycle by, say having a unaminous (sp?) vote of the board or something like that, if you write it into the constitution by admendment.

our church constitutio states in order to have a called meeting notice must be given 14 days in advance. my question is " can this notice be wavered at anytime?'
