Who else besides the PTO Board members, would have a copy of the PTO Bylaws. We have a few on our PTO Board that mention in meetings "As written in the ByLaws" but we have been asking for these infamous Bylaws for many many months from these on the PTO Board & get no response nor Bylaws, some quiet members on the PTO Board have said they have never seen any thing as such, nor do they go by Roberts Rules of Order. The head of this public school also made comment that "the PTO has NO Bylaws". The PTO Board make ALL the Decisions & all controls all the voting, The PTO Board makes all the voting decisions in so called "Closed Executive Board Meetings". None of the actual PTO Members have any vote on anything & if they make a request they are cut short with a reply "No" - Does the PTO have to answer to anyone??? Any information would be greatly appreciated!
