We are working on updating ours and I just put PTO bylaws in my search engine and you will get a lot of info that way.

ALso there is a pto resource sharing site but I cannot remember the link.

I need some help. We need to write by-laws,but don't want to get members all uptight(like some get!). We plan on starting with an objective and then outlining each board positions duties. A few things have come up this year that we are going to put down on paper too. Please send thoughts and ideas our way. I want this to be done right.
