Our orignial bylaws were not signed at the time they were established. However, whenever they have been revised the revisions have been signed by the current board at the time.

Hi!! We've never signed our by-laws. Usually a by-law committee is formed & after the by-laws are written or revised, you present it to the board for approval. Once it is passed to accept the by-laws as written then they are your "law". I would date the by-laws as when written or if revised I would write: revised then the date. Hope this helps. Good Luck!!

No one has any idea if our PTO has bylaws now or if ever. I've been asked to write them up. I've got about 20 samples as guides but I'm not sure of this.... do I sign them? I've notice some are written by a group and they sign it and some have no mention of who wrote them.
