I was looking for sample bylaws too, and found that if you search the message boards, a lot of samples and links to samples pop up. You can also do a google search and find some.

I'm in the same boat, sort of. Our school has been here since I went to school here, but old board left unhappily, and site supers tossed all sorts of stuff. Needless to say, I am working blind. Would love to see any thing that might be helpful.

I just joined our PTO as the fundraising chair. This is only our schools second year being open. After reading so many of the postings here I asked for a copy of our bylaws. Any one intrested in guessing the answer I received to my request?
I am hoping many of the kind people here will be willing to email me a copy of their bylaws or share their website address so I can check out the posted bylaws.
