ReiberSix--Welcome to the boards!

Just fill out what your intentions are and the percentage of time you propose to dedicate to the activity (ie Extracurricular Activities Fostering Family Involvement - 40%, Extra School Activities & Programs - 20%). We started from scratch and that's how we handled it.

Good Luck!

New School and 501(c)(3) was created by ReiberSix
Hello all. We are starting a PTO at our new charter school. My question deals with the difficulties in filling out form 1023. We have a
lot of great ideas but since we are a new school we have not held any events/activities yet. Am I ok to fill out form 1023 and use narrative descriptions of our planned activities? The 501(c)(3) status is important because we'd like to be able to apply for the many grants available to tax-exempt orgs. Thanks for any input.
