Our meetings are chaos... the parents of our school don't ever want to stick to the agenda and almost always end up sabotoging the meetings with concerns that are meant for the principal. Anyone have any ideas on how to reroute these concerns to a better forum? I want to train them to use the agenda and Roberts Rules!
