Only the board members or principal handles money currently. We've never really thought out a polict other than that.
Maybe someday it'll change.

Does anyone do background checks on their members who are involved in handling the money in various commmittees? With all of the things we read in the newspaper and see on TV of funds disappearing...is there a procedure that parent groups use to protect their funds...is there a form that each member signs? How do you do that without hurting peoples feelings, yet making it known we are just protecting the organization?
