CRS mom can you be more specific about what sort of things and we can help you from there?

I am new at this and I am finding out that last year some things were not being done properly or maybe just overlooked. I need to know if there are rules that need to be followed and where I can go to get copies for all the members. We have decided that we will get through this year with lots of mistakes but we will figure it out as we go. All help will be greatly appreciated.
