We have by-laws but they are all over the place and do not get right to the point if someone could send me some by-laws so that I can re do the ones we have i would greatly appreciate it

We have By-Laws for our elementary school. I do not have it on my computer, but I could certainly send one to you in the mail. It is very basic by-laws.
