Could you be more specific. I would think that if it is something you are "obligated to do by law" that there should not even be a vote. But not enough info to go on.

Can the president overrule a vote in the event that it is a legal issue. Specifically, there was a vote in our pto against doing somthing that we are obligated by law to do. If not, how do we make it happen.
