WE ahd the same problem, we went to the credit union(Desert schools) . They do not require social numbers. You still need two people on the account.

Our PTO money is ran through the same account as our school. This is the schools 4th year in existance and it has worked fine up till now. I think we should have our own account, but in order to set one up we have to have two people on the account and someones social. The original PTO board is very against this because of theft. What should we do?
