OK everyone...need some advice.
I am chair of the bylaw committee and I put have proposed that the principal no longer gets to vote. How many of you have that in your bylaws as well?
Am I wrong to think that her vote (since we do most everything by show of hands) could sway a member? I would think she would vote on anything that the PTO could pay for instead of her. I mean, we already question all of the things we provide for the school....especially when there is a budget in the school for it...ie. field trips.
I just need some opinions so I can think on it more. Thanks!
