Our bank just let us tell them what names aren't on there and fill out new paperwork with the new signatures. Talk to people up the ladder until you can't go any higher or talk to you principal. Does the bank understand you are a PTO and the members will change every year?

The irony of commitment is that it’s deeply liberating-in work, in play, in love. The act frees you from the tyranny of your internal critic, from the fear that likes to dress itself up and parade around as rational hesitation. To commit is to remove your head as the barrier to your life. --Anne Morris

It has been over 12 months of an eleciton of officers... I am the treasure and have the check book. The bank will not remove the names off. They say to shut down account, and let new PTo if there will be one open another. The old President and I would have to write out the amount to the school. What do you think????
