We are a new group just got our posts last week we are trying to do bylaws and officer duties to stop the confusion and to let her know we want to be apart of this TEAM but no sucess as of yet. we have tried nicely asking her to let us do our jobs and she is still doing them for us everyone is frustrated and would like to resign because of 1 person. being egar is ok but not at the risk of losing the rest of the team. we are having a meeting of the officers tonight in hope to fix this and so we can all get on the same page any advice for tonight?

I would suggest that you have a meeting with all the offiers and define your jobs. Put the job description in a set of bylaws. Make sure everyone is clear and okay with them. If you need help with by-laws look around this site.
