How many members can we put on our Executive Board?

Your bylaws define what comprises the executive board. Some are very small - essentially only elected officers. Others (like ours) are big. Our executive board has 25-35 people: elected officers, grade reps, school reps, and all committee chairs.

How many members can we put on our Executive Board? was created by kryste the PTO NUT
Hi....I am doing President for a second term and we have President and Co- President, Vice President, Co-Vice President, Recording Sec. Co- Recording Sec, Corresponding Sec., Co- Recording Sec, Treasurer, Co- Treasurer, and Parlimenatarian. We are doing this in hopes to start job shadowing so that next year all the Co officers can take over fully aware of what there duties are. As a new officer last year I had NO CLUE as to what I was doing. Here is my question....we have really pumped up the school and gotten positive results and this year I have been told that there are four more ppl wishing to join in on the Executive Board. I dont want to discourage them and we can us all the extra help we can get because many of our PTO ppl are full time workers. Can we put on more ppl on the board by voting on this?I didnt know if there was a limit on the Executive Board or not. Our school year hasnt started yet so I wanted to get an answer as soon as possible. Can anyone help?
