I am a new president, i have researched pto thouroughly. i know that we are separate from the school, so how can i make the oprinciple realize that she can't run our meetings, write our memos, and say how we spend our money?? i don't have a copy of the by-laws....how can i get that without going through her and is there state or county laws or rules she has to follow. bladen county north carolina
