An Agenda typically has 3 parts.
Old Business
New Business
Miscellaneous

All the things you are going to discuss should fit into one of those categories.

Old business - should constitute any loose ends from last year (since this is your 1st meeting).

New Business- should consist of discussing what you have planned and what is upcoming.

miscellaneous- should consist of things you want to kick around and talk about but are not committed to.
