We're the same...one vote per member. It's agreed when a position is established if it will be a voting or non-voting position, but still, one vote per.
That should be in your bylaws. The way our group does it, you get one vote per position, so that if you have co-chairs, there is still only one vote. (How those two get to decide to cast it, I can't say--it's never been an issue.)
