It is due on the 15th day of the fifth month after the close of your fiscal year or in your case- October 15th.
Had a question as to when to file form 990. Our budget year ends May 31st. We will be over the 25,000 figure for the first time since our inception 7 years ago. Does anyone know what time frame we have to file this form? Hopefully the forms are fairly easy to fill out. Any info would be greatly appreciated as I have no formal accounting background.
