Our was the same. Some interim calls/questions by the examiner, then approval within about 6 weeks from the orginal application date.

After a few questions on our application, which we handled verbally and by fax, our application was approved in 5-6 weeks.

We filed our 1023 a month ago, and are figuring on the full 120 days before we hear. Has anyone ever been refused ? Can anyone give us hope we might actually get it before then ?
