Our PTO funds a person to come and teach drama for the entire school. We pay her a fee every month of the school which is the same exact amount.

Is this person legally considered an employee or the orgnization and if so what is the impact of doing such a thing.

Also does anyone know how we could use this person but still not have to have them be an employee?
