I'm trying to find some good boilerplate bylaws for a small, church-run, preschool pto. the school has 80 students, an "advisory board" made up of church parishioners (some, but not all, are parents of children in the school), and a head of school. anyone know of any good resources? we're not accredited, so nais isn't very helpful... many thanks.
