Obtain copies of the most current by laws. Obtain a copy of what they are using as by laws. Ask to be put on the agenda for the next meeting and raise the qiestion then.
I was on the Board last year and I have reason to believe that the current board is using out-dated bylaws. I brought this to their attention several weeks ago and my questions were met with a lot of resistance and it was actually quite ugly. If they are indeed not using the most current version of the bylaws, what recourse do I have as a PTO member? I'd appreciate any advice/info you can offer. Thank you!
