Ok here is something that I think will help many who post here! It is called IRS Publication 557. It deals with everything you need to know about your PTO/PTA non profit self and tax filings exempt status and all sorts of other things like how much, ect. You can obtain it (and I would suggest getting the whole thing) by calling the IRS publication hot line. I am not sure if I am allowed to post the phone number but you can find it under help at the IRS web site!
I hope this helps some of the people that have had serious questions on some of this stuff.
