I just had to reply to all the great help I received off this post while filiing our tax exepmtion papers. with all the discussions and input from all of you I managed to dot every I and cross every T...we received our letter of determination yesterday after filing it less than a month ago. I truly owe all of you a great big Thanks...I was dreading alot of calls from the IRS but our application must have been very complete because they never notified us except to say they received it. So i just wanted to say Thanks...this is a great place to get the info and support you need !!
