I guess I could go buy the book, but why would I do that when I have the experts here?
Anticipating an ambush/attack at the next general meeting that is totally unrelated to PTO issues. We want to be able to adjourn quickly and then allow people the opportunity to talk but not during an official meeting. Can an exec member motion to adjourn and second, or does that motion need to come from the "floor"?
