My opinion would be to start with an election of officers if you haven't already done that. Then you will have to use the old bylaws until changed or ammended by the board.

our pto pretty much fell apart last year - according to past by-laws we have pres, v.pres, secretary, treasurer, etc - however it they all quit and we have no pres, v.pres, secretary, treasurer, etc --- now i would like to know how to restart? the pto has some monies left from last year. Can we just start with clean slate and rewrite bylaws and have an account with a balance of 2400.00. please help this pto!
