doing anything they want

I got confused during the reading of your post. I offer this advice: It may be time for a mutiny. Bylaws, once written and approved, are to be followed. Bylaws that are not followed, especially where there is money concerned, are reason for the IRS step in. I suggest that you circle your wagons (get those parents and teachers together), and vote them out of office. NOW. Even though there are two sides to every story, yours sounds like a hornets nest looking for a place to happen. After you vote them out, IMMEDIATELY go to the bank and have the signatures changed on the account. IMMEDIATELY send a letter home to all parents notifying them of the change. I would even go so far as to have the local paper write up a story about the new officers, so that local businesses have the info as well.

Good Luck!

And is still trying to influance the voting by giving her point or view on the issue. Can she do that even though she is not allowed to vote so sway the vote?

Our new vice pres has came to only 2 meetings before she was voted in. Do you think that is a far? The vice,& sec are best friends, the pres has no back bone to stand up to anyone, the tres doen't want to do the job,but was tricked in to doing so. It is all a click. My question to anyone that can help is how do you make them follow the by laws to the tee because the super will not do anything about this becuase of the fact there is a HUGE
