I would suggest including in your proposal the reason to separate such a the goal (an aeducational activity or event) you would like to sponsor using these proposed profits from separating..2nd thing is remember parents have a strong voice--If they want to change let them speak out also sometimes that is all it takes--If the one making the profits relizes people aren't happy with the current sitautiona and it is going to effect profits they will usually work something out.

PTO needs to present a proposal to the administration(4 principals in our district)regarding school portraits/photograhs. Any examples or info to locate help would be greatly appreciated. Of course, A.S.A.P. Thanks! Currently we have a K-12 photographer and the middle and high school want to keep him. The primary and secondary want to go with a new photographer. The PTO now needs to present a solution of splitting into 6-12 contract and K-5 contract.Currently Profits alternate yearly between high school student council and the k-5 buildings. In our proposal K-5 and 6-12 each would keep their prospective profits every year. i need help writing this up in a proper format.
