Our pto wants to review the bylaws, the bylaws state that the vp who is not the principal, heads the committee. Our principal is also a co vp on the executive board. She also insist on being on the bylaw review committee. so that only leaves open 3 positions to the general membership. The president is against the changes we want to make, and her husband has signed up to be on the committee. The other three members will be picked randomly from the sign ups, should the principal, and the presidents husband be allowed a seat on the committee.
