Hi. I'm a treasurer this year at my daughters school and a few of us have a question that we can't seem to find an answer for.
Does the bylaws, which are based off of Roberts Laws, have to be signed?
And if so, who signs them?
These bylaws were established years ago and modified a few times through the years but everyone that has worked on them are long gone.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
