I'm working on Bylaws and a Conflicts of Interest policy for the PTO at our Spanish Dual Immersion school. Being a dual immersion means that about 50% of our families are native Spanish-speaking.
We are using the standard IRS Conflicts of Interest policy for our group and I'm wondering if somebody has a copy of it already translated into Spanish. We're overloading our translater right now with our by-laws so I'd like to take some pressure off if possible. We're also using the PTO Today bylaws, with some minor changes to fit our group, so if someone had a Spanish translation of those, I would love to have a copy too.
