I was wondering if anyone knows of anywhere that I could get sample by-laws for any schools from the state of Hawaii? We are a BRAND new PTO group trying to get things up and running for our school. We are getting NO help from our PTA. So, if anyone on here knows where I might find out about by-laws for Hawaii, that would be wonderful! Thanks.
