Do you have a legal obligation to state on all fundraiser material distrbuted to the public how the monies rasied will be spent?
What about the change? If you stated in the flyers that money raised would be spent on computers and at the end of the year there was money left over do you legally still have to spent it on computers? To spend it on anything other then what was advertised would be fraud right.
