Thank you,

Essence, welcome to the PTO Today boards! I thought I'd help you out by starting a new thread with your question. You're likely to get more feedback from a new thread specific to your question than if you attach it to an existing thread. It's easy enough to start one. From the Message Boards Home page, just click on a topic such as Day to Day PTO Management (or which ever heading fits the theme of your question) then click on New Conversation at the top of the screen. A window will open up for you to enter the title and question.

Another tip - post your question in just one place. Multiple postings create multiple conversations and it can be difficult to keep up with it all.

Your question about starting a parent group is a common one and has been discussed often here on the boards. If you click on Search Message Boards in the Important Links box at the top left of the screen you'll be able to find other conversations related to this topic.

Also, go to the Tools section and do some browsing there. You'll find all kinds of handy tools there to get you started!
