Congratulations!!! We went through the bylaws and applying for our 501c3 designation a few years ago. I did almost all of the paperwork myself(with help from some terrific people here like JHB) and it was a huge project. We still review our bylaws annually and have done some additional tweaking. Things change in your group and sometimes your bylaws need to be updated to meet those needs.
Our bylaws committee finally finished making new onew and tweeking the old. And now I will hand cramps from typing them up. But at least they are done and revised. Now they go to vote and probably a little more tweeking but thats ok at least the hard part is done.
