Hire a Massage Therapist

To the delight of teachers, many PTOs bring in massage therapists to help them relieve the tension built up during work. If a parent at the school is a masseuse, she may be willing to provide services at little or no cost to your group. Otherwise, find out whether someone in your community provides workplace chair massages. Let teachers know when the massage therapist will be on duty, and ask them to sign up for appointments.
