Looking for something new to include in your PTO newsletter? How about a healthy recipe or a brainteaser? The Colfax Elementary PTO in Pittsburgh does both. One delicious recipe was for a Chinese stir fry—an introduction explains a little bit about where the food is from. And students who answer the riddle correctly are entered in a drawing for a gift card. Fun!
