A Funny Welcome

There’s nothing like a little humor to kick off the school year. PTO leaders at Prairie View Elementary in Spokane, Wash., produce a “Welcome Back to School” photo card that lists the name of each board member along with a silly photo of the person wearing a clown nose, funny glasses, or other amusing prop.
