If you've spent time going down the rabbit hole of teacher appreciation on TikTok, it's likely that you've discovered #WaterTok, the trend of flavoring water with syrups and flavor packets to make water taste, well, less like water and more like something fun. Some PTO groups have taken this suped up hydration station straight to the teachers' lounge, where staff can have a little fun mixing up their midday drink of choice. The way it works is simple: display drink recipes, a variety of flavored syrups and drink mix packets, ice, and 2.5 gallon jugs of water. Provide cups or ask teachers to bring their own. Below, you can find a convenient shopping list of everything you'll need, along with a free set of teacher appreciation printables that includes a "Sip Sip Hooray" sign and "Refreshing Recipes" that you can edit or add to.

What's fun about #WaterTok is you can theme drinks around the holidays (Jingle Juice, anyone?) or seasons (like "Back-to-Pool", aka, summer break). Tip: Teachers can adjust the amount of flavoring to their liking by adding more or less syrup, but we've heard that 2 tablespoons of syrup for every 16 ounces of water is just the right amount! It's also worth checking your local T.J. Maxx, Homegoods, Marshalls, Ross or World Market for great deals on flavored syrups.
