Looking for a good way to simplify the teacher appreciation luncheon yet make sure it’s just as special? Southwest PTO leaders break it up by grade level into several luncheons on different days. A new theme is incorporated each day, and parents also cook a dish for the secretary. More parents are involved, and the job and cost of cooking for teachers from a specific grade level is more manageable.
