And I bet it's tiring, frustrating, and counterproductive. We've all been there.
It's a universal topic, which is why this column about PTO drama I wrote a few years back has been so well received.
I can't guarantee you that your group won't have drama queens (or kings), but I can tell you that how you handle and try to minimize drama is the key. I hope the column will be a help with that.
