Help your teachers toast to the end of the school year with this fun summer send-off idea from the Hamilton Christian School PTO in Lake Charles, La.! The PTO was able to pull off this event for less than $200 for 46 teachers and staff (décor, drinks, and snacks). Here’s everything your group will need to pull off this low-key celebration for teachers.

1. “Stay Afloat, It’s Almost Summer” sign
HCS PTO printed their sign locally on photo poster paper and taped to a neon pink poster board to make it sturdy (and cute!). You can use their Canva template below.
2. Pool float drink holders
The only trouble your teachers will have is deciding which one to pick...the rainbow unicorn or the pink crab? Tough decision!
3. Tan faux grass tissue paper fringe table skirt
4. Summer hibiscus grass skirt deck fringe
Place around a wagon with the drinks.
5. Beach straw hat
You’ll want one for each PTO volunteer, of course.
