  • Start the PTO meeting with a welcome and any opening remarks
  • Take attendance to note who is present at the PTO meeting (roll call)

Review and approve the minutes from the last PTO meeting.

4. Officer Updates

Allow board members to share updates:

  • President’s Report
  • Vice President’s Report
  • Treasurer’s Report

5. Committee Reports

Allow committees to share updates on fundraisers and other initiatives (for example, the fun run fundraiser, yearbook, book fair, spring carnival, holiday shop, and Teacher Appreciation Week).
